SMT STICHWEH produces for your specific requirements individual complete solutions: Complete plants from one source for the whole extraction and refining process. From the sand and gravel extraction to washing plants like log washers and bucket wheels through to screening machines for the proper classification and conveyor systems.

Here two examples of our possibilities how to extract sand and gravel:

Complete preparation plant for sand and gravel with an output of 250 t/h.  The plant consists of 3 screening machines: 1500 x 5000 mm single-deck, 2100 x 6000 mm twin-deck, 1500 x 5000 twin-deck as well as a bucket wheel E 5011 A and ES 4011 BB and various conveyor belts. 

Complete preparation plant consisting of feeder belt, three-deck screening machine to sieve 0 – 2, 2 – 8, 8  – 16, 16 – 32 mm, bucket wheel ES 80 BB and the conveyor belts for the individual fractions. The three conveyor belts for the piling of the fractions are hung up pivotably, the belt for the fraction 16 – 32 mm is also adjustable in height. The belt construction consists of a bended profile in which the lower belt runs completely protected. The whole construction is galvanized.
