Holemans GmbH in North Rhine-Westphalia uses two STICHWEH washing and dewatering bucket wheels of type E 5011 LA . These enable optimum and continuously stable dewatering of sand fractions while significantly reducing noise emissions and energy consumption. Conventional dewatering screens can thus be replaced economically and sustainably.
The bucket wheels are designed for fine sand ranges of 0.25–0.5 mm and 0.5–1.0 mm, with a feed rate of approx. 140 t/h and a water inflow of approx. 140 m³/h. Parallel processing achieves a higher throughput is achieved, and speed-controlled operation ensures optimal adaptation to fluctuating sand quantities. Redundancy increases operational reliability and reduces wear.
