Task
The use of two
STICHWEH E 5011 LA washing and dewatering bucket wheels in the
Ellerdonk gravel plant enables efficient dewatering of the sand fractions with an optimum degree of dewatering.
At the same time, noise emissions and energy consumption are significantly reduced, so that conventional dewatering screens can be replaced economically and sustainably.
Requirement
Dewatering:
Optimal and continuously stable dewatering of sand fractions.
Noise emissions:
Significantly reduced noise compared to
dewatering screens.
Energy consumption:
Noticeably lower energy consumption compared to conventional
systems.
Replacement function:
Complete functional replacement of dewatering screens with high
availability and lower maintenance requirements.
