Thank you for a successful 2023 together with many successful projects and strong realisations.
One important project in 2023 was a real milestone for STICHWEH: "We have managed to make decisive progress with digitalisation in our company. How did STICHWEH achieve this? "With the luck of the brave" - say Anja Gröhlich and Rolf Sürig, Managing Directors of STICHWEH.
"We hit the jackpot through the "Digital Jetzt" programme, a federal funding programme that supports SMEs in driving forward digitalisation. In other words, we have been selected and funded to manage our business via a new business organisation system in future: from production and inventory processes to personnel planning, costing and order management, everything will now run centrally and digitally - and therefore faster and more efficiently."
But that's not all: as part of the ongoing digitalisation process, STICHWEH has also invested in updating its online presence and systematically expanding its machinery.
The digitalisation strategy has enabled us to make ourselves fit for the future as a crafts business from the region: attractive for existing and new customers and as an employer.
