Lutze Process is proud to be part of a new sand and gravel processing plant being built in Pannerden, the Netherlands. An essential part of this plant are the STICHWEH bucket wheels (E 6518 H + E 6522 H), each with an electrical switchgear, as well as a DSW 200/2100/6000 double shaft gravity washer.
For sand dewatering after decarburisation, the E 6518 H bucket wheel does a great job. At 600 t/h, the bucket wheel will discharge the material with approx. 18 % residual moisture.
The double shaft gravity washer with a feed of 150 - 200 t/h of gravel (2-32 mm) is used to clean the contaminated gravel.
The E 6522 H bucket wheel is used to dewater the raw gravel from the suction dredger. Here, too, the bucket wheel dewaters the material with approx. 18 % residual moisture.
A clean process chain that makes the sand and gravel processing plant highly productive, says Rolf Sürig, STICHWEH Managing Director.
