Let me take a look back:
I am now Managing Director of STICHWEH, responsible for finance and controlling. I also take care of the internal handling of tasks and processes, such as discussions with the employers' liability insurance association on occupational safety, new investments, marketing and employee development.
I started at STICHWEH as an accountant in 1991, taking time out from time to time because of the children. An important step for me was training to become a certified controller.
Of course, it was hard work to manage this alongside my job: I had to sit down at many weekends. But all in all, it was worth it.
I didn't just gain specialist knowledge - I also learnt how important further training is.
I also brought this to the management of STICHWEH.
