Lutze Process Netherlands BV has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a STICHWEH ES 5022 BB fine sand bucket wheel.
This beast, weighing 47 tons empty and set to reach approximately 165 tons in full production, is now powering an end customer's floating sand extraction installation in the Netherlands.
With a capacity to
wash and dewater a sand slurry of up to 350 m³/h, this powerhouse is
all about sand processing efficiency. The test run has shown: Within
just half an hour after startup, the buckets filled up with plenty of
material, and sand and gravel were perfectly getting refined.
It's
truly remarkable to witness the efficiency and precision of these
machines in action!
