5. employee responsibility
CERTIFIED WORKMANSHIP FOR GLOBAL APPLICATION
STICHWEH stands for certified competency across the entire service chain. Independent testing institutes have attested this for us and we are proud of the verifiable workmanship made in Thüste, Germany. So, for example, our welding certificate DIN EN 1090-2 (DVS – the German Association for Welding and Applied Processes):

This involves an approved testing centre for metal structures using the verification method as the basis for reviewing the technical and personnel prerequisites as well as the specialist knowledge of the welding supervisor; once the requirements have been satisfied the centre issues a welding certificate in accordance with DIN EN 1090-2.
TRANSFER OF KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNOLOGY FOR GLOBAL COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES
Through our partnership “Europe promotes Lower Saxony“ we benefit from the transfer of knowledge and technology within the European Union in order to secure sustainable competitive advantages for the future.

TRUSTED WORKFLOW FOR PERFECT RESULTS
Each deployment for the extraction and classification of raw materials will entail quite specific requirements as regards the extraction conditions, material properties and the performance objectives. Our design department takes these requirements on board and, on this basis, creates a concept that is then implemented.
At the implementation stage STICHWEH’s fitters – who operate worldwide – play a key role. They work on call directly on-site and ensure that the units or complete systems supplied run smoothly. Here, it is possible to use the most modern means, such as, e.g., sending fault reports from machines directly to terminal devices, such as the smartphones or pads of the machinist or operator. They can then react to the report immediately or cause something to change accordingly.
COPYRIGHT STICHWEH
As STICHWEH has all the technical documentation for the machines, further developments, retrofittings and restructurings can be carried out from a single source. The availability of documentation and data is equally important in the event that spare parts or repairs are needed.
